Service intermittence

We are experiencing some issues with our platform, impacting access to the accounts. We will keep updating the advances on this matter.

We have experienced a network connectivity issue between some of our servers, causing the problem initially reported. This also affected some notifications during the time this issue took place. The problem has been fixed and all our systems are stable again.

Hotmail notifications issues.

We have identified issues with some notifications, impacting customers which e-mail accounts are from hotmail.com and outlook.com domains. This issue, which lasted approximately 2 hours has been fixed but we keep monitoring closely to confirm there are no users still affected by it.

Notifications to hotmail mailboxes are working again.
